Stunning Contemporary
on 3.59 Acres

The daffodil-lined driveway leads you through the woods to this stunning contemporary style home. The gleaming wood floors throughout the main level and abundance of large windows allow filtered light to bathe you as you relax and enjoy the privacy and serenity that 3.59 wooded acres affords you.

Entertaining is a snap as your guests mingle in the expansive living room and dining room or have intimate conversation in the corner gazebo. The new open kitchen with bar seating and adjoining family room with a wood-burning fireplace is a great gathering place for family or friends. On the main level also you will find three good-sized bedroom and one and half remodeled ceramic baths.

Back of house with deck

The lower level adds a whole other dimension to the home. There is a very large recreation room with a fireplace that has a wood burning stove insert (will convey), a very large bedroom and remodeled ceramic full bath. There is also a large work/storage room and many storage closets.

Outside is a life away from the hustle and bustle of the workaday world. The 3.59 wooded acres are filled with wildflowers and nature. Watch the squirrels scamper about and the deer peek their heads around the corner to see if you are watching them. You can enjoy every aspect of this lovely environment either from your screened porch or deck off the family room or the private balcony off the bedroom. Stroll through your property and watch the bubbling water in the two creeks or the pond in your Oriental garden in front. Or sit on one of the porches out front and watch the sunrise.
